About Thasos
Thasos is one of the greenest islands in Greece, filled with pine forests, mountain roads and calm beaches. Popular with families and road-trippers, it has a relaxed and affordable atmosphere compared to trendier islands further south. Visitors come for nature, seafood, beach hopping and easy summer living without the pressure or crowds of more famous destinations.
How to get there
- Fly to Kavala or Thessaloniki, then drive to Keramoti and take a short ferry. One of the easiest northern Greek islands to access.
